As you drive down the private lane approaching the cottage you start to feel the tranquillity and peace that you are about to enjoy.
Park your car in the space provided, walk the last few yards and enter your cottage straight into the kitchen.
Walk through past the bathroom to the cosy sitting room with its lovely 150-year old original stone fireplace.
It's then up the staircase into the bedroom with a feature antique double bed; there is also a single bed with pull-out bed here if required, making this cottage ideal for small families.
Straight out of the front door and the choice of walks is endless - do you go for a short stroll down to the beach where two international surfing contests are held each year, or brace yourself to tackle the most exhilarating stretch of coastal walking that the famous South West Coastal Path has to offer?

As well as all the footpaths there are 5 acres of fields made available to you by the owner, wonderful for private picnics, from where stunning views can be seen.
If you can ever tear yourself away from the beauty that surrounds you, the quaint old village of St. Agnes, with excellent award-winning restaurants, a fine choice of traditional Cornish pubs and interesting independent shops, is less than 2 miles away.
