“It is a functional flat overlooking the main street in Polzeath.”

The bedrooms however are all very comfortable, large and light - and the balcony is a good size and a real bonus. We enjoyed being near the beach and restaurants, and it wasn't noisy. We had a great stay!

The property

No.1 The Parade is a smart first floor apartment, just yards from the sandy beach of Polzeath.

The relaxed open plan living, dining and kitchen area offers a place from which to plan the day’s adventures.

Light floods in from the large front windows, with the patio doors on one side also providing access outside to the terrace.

Presenting four beautiful bedrooms, sleeping six-eight guests will ensure comfort and indulgence.

The master bedroom, as well as offering access outside via its patio doors, also boasts its own shower en-suite, while a separate family bathroom gives everyone else modern conveniences to refresh in.

The central location means you can leave the car in the single parking space in the car park situated behind the apartment.

After a casual stroll across Polzeath’s sand, why not indulge in a delicious lunch and tempting tipple at Atlantic House Hotel’s Doom Bar restaurant, the outside terrace offers incredible views out to sea.

Follow the coastline around you will find Pentire Point on the circular walk with spectacular panoramic views.

Nearby Daymer Bay and Rock on the protected Camel Estuary enables the family to pack up their beach necessities or crabbing nets and when the tide is low, children can revel in finding treasures it the rock pools.

To the north of Polzeath lies the little bay of Port Quin where local companies offer kayaking and paddle boarding opportunities and further on, the pretty fishing village of Port Isaac.
