The property

This spacious, detached Newquay property is ideal for a large family or group of friends looking to enjoy the delights of Newquay; even your four-legged friends are welcome to come along.

Stepping into the property, you're greeted by a large kitchen complete with a sizeable dining table that seats 6 but can be extended to accommodate a large group, offering an ideal place to gather and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal.

The lounge features a television and sofas big enough for everyone to gather on during a night indoors and enjoy their favourite programmes; there's also plenty of space for the children to gather and play with toys or board games, while the two large windows allow in plenty of light during the daytime.

Two of the four bedrooms at this property include bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top; a twin room is next door and the property is completed with a spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower.

The sizeable garden and decking area is ideal for barbeques and alfresco dining, while the tall fencing around the garden ensures safety and peace of mind for the children and pets to run around and let off steam.

The property rests in a fantastic location, just over a mile from the centre of Newquay and its main attractions, such as Newquay Zoo and Water World, which will keep younger ones entertained, as well as being great fun for all the family.

If you don't feel like cooking one evening, there are many restaurants nearby to choose from, including an independent pub and popular chain restaurants such as Pizza Express.

For outdoor activities, there is the Newquay Golf Club nearby and a boating lake for those looking for some lighter activities.

Newquay is renowned for its many fantastic beaches, so it's no surprise that a plethora of beaches reside close by, including Fistral Beach, which has its own surf school, ideal for watersports enthusiasts and is under 4 miles away from this property.

Littledale is a great place to get the family together and enjoy the leisures Newquay has to offer.
