! We have had the best week, Sharon and Stuart were so welcoming and popped in to great us, the house was so well equipped and beautifully presented. We arrived to a lovely treat of afternoon tea and Prosecco! I can honestly say we felt sad leaving Atlantic reach after such a great stay. The house is in a lovely village with stunning views. Private parking so no problems in busy periods. 8 mins from all the supermarkets and in a great location to visit not only st Michaels mount but all of Cornwall! The hot tub was wonderful even in the cold weather watching the stars and relaxing. We couldn’t fault a single thing. THANKS AGAIN x

What a view from early morning to evening. Everything was above my expectations and the house itself made my stay thoroughly enjoyable and stress free. The hot tub was a lovely touch and needed after a long day out and about walking around Marazion. Thanks to Sharon for everything and ensuring my stay was problem free.

"The property was immaculate, so clean, beautifully presented, comfortable and really made to feel like a home from home."
Sharon was a wonderful host who made us feel welcome and like nothing was too much trouble. The only negative isn't really a negative and that it in the listing it states "partial sea views" - we wholeheartedly disagree! The sea was clearly visible from the kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom on first floor and the master bedroom on the second floor - including spectacular views across to St Michaels Mount! The only accomodation where we were able to look out to sea whilst in the shower!!! Fabulous!!!! Would highly recommend and great value for money!!!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was fantastic to relax in of an evening. It was a home away from home in a great location. Nice and peaceful, great views, but very accessible to the local shops and beaches. The advice to do the park and ride for St Ives was great, we went 3 times and spent the days on the beaches in st Ives and explored the wonderful shops and also the seal island boat trip which was great! We are already looking at dates to come back. Thank you.

"What a fantastic property and the most perfect location."
Superb and attentive host. Having travelled extensively and stayed in a variety of properties, Atlantic Reach has taken Holiday rentals to a whole new level. The decor, facilities and the layout were outstanding. The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It felt like home from home. The bed was the most comfortable bed and the views of the Mount and the Sea are truly amazing. The Dogs loved it and along with our welcome gift, they had some Doggie treats too! The host, Sharon, was most welcoming and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this property without hesitation. 5+ Stars!

Really appreciated the delicous welcoming gift after along drive- nice touch. Our host Sharon was so pleasant and helpful, her local recomendations were spot on, easiest way to see St ives using the train park and ride. would recomend the area, plenty to see and do even in the Cornish weather, dogs loved the beaches.

The property
Nestled in the pretty rural coastal town of Marazion, with views across to the breath-taking fortress of St Michael's Mount, this wonderful house is a fabulous retreat for family and friends deserving of a memorable seaside holiday.
Atlantic Reach has been lovingly converted into a superb, detached holiday homestay - where a warm welcome awaits you.
Step through the front door into a light and airy hallway.
Downstairs you are treated to an open-plan living room, which is most definitely the heart of the home; with a large, sumptuous sofa and comfy armchairs it is the perfect spot for evenings in with a book or cuddled up watching a film on the Smart TV.
On sunny days, the living-room creates a great shady escape with sliding doors opening onto the sunny decked terrace.
The kitchen-area is fully equipped with all mod-cons and is a great place to relax and cook up that feast there isn't time for at home.
The four cheerful bedrooms are set over the two top floors and have each been individually styled and furnished to a plush standard.
The main bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king-size bed complete with super-stylish en-suite shower room.
This lovely room also boasts sea views!
The three further bedrooms are all located on the first floor.
The contemporary bathroom is also on the first floor and is just the place to unwind after a day at the beach or walking the coast.
Outside, the decked patio-area provides the ideal spot for you to enjoy an alfresco meal, barbecue or perhaps just rest and enjoy some quality family time.
Just off the road and very centrally located, Atlantic Reach is in a perfect position for you to soak up the hustle and bustle of the summer months or wallow in the laid-back atmosphere of the quieter winter ones.
Although tucked away, (opposite the local playing fields so you may hear/see children playing and football training taking place), Atlantic Reach is only a short walk into Marazion, boasting its glorious sandy beach.
Marazion is Cornwall's oldest market town, with an array of things to see and do.
This charming seaside town is undoubtedly most renowned for being home to the fairy tale castle at St Michael's Mount.
Become king and queen for the day, and if the tide is low stroll along the causeway where the legendary giant Cormoran once walked.
If the tide is high, then hop onto one of the many boats that travel back and forth and if you are lucky, you may hear the boatsman tell a 'yarn' or two about smugglers and shipwrecks.
You can easily spend a fun-filled day here exploring the castle, gardens and harbour, finishing off the day with a local cream tea in the castle tea shop - don't forget it's jam first, you are in Cornwall after all!
Travel east to Perranuthnoe, a pretty cove with the award-winning Victoria inn, and Praa Sands with its laid-back beach bar and fantastic surf.
Leave the car and grab the bikes left for guests' use, it's a great way of exploring the local area.
It's a perfect spot for touring wider west Cornwall too and St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole and Sennen are all within easy reach as well as Porthleven, a top foodie destination.
Atlantic Reach is a splendid escape for accessing the delights of Cornwall.
