Great service - we needed a second confirmation e-mail which was supplied very quickly and everything else was spot on, with confirmation of monies due/paid. The cottage was delightful, off the beaten track, very quiet and peaceful and there was plenty of room in the cottage too. We received a very warm welcome from Gill the owner, and pleasingly there was milk in the fridge and a cream tea waiting for us! There was an excellent folder explaining the "ins and outs" of the facilities at the cottage as well as information on local facilities. We would thoroughly recommend it.
