“Made very welcome by Diana and family on arrival, amazing views from this property.”

Very well equipped and clean apartment. A few mins walk from two beautiful beaches and also to the coastal path. (From this path you can walk in either direction for miles.) Falmouth had everything we needed, very nice restaurants and coffee shops plus harbours and sea views. Did not want to leave !!!

The property

Boslowen is a comfortable, apartment with lovely long views to the sea, on the first floor of a private detached house, close to the Coast Path, on the edge of Falmouth.

It is just a 5 minutes' walk from Swanpool beach, and 7 minutes' walk from Gyllyngvase beach by cliff path.

Head up some external stairs and step through to a roomy hallway with plenty of space for outdoor gear, through to the living-dining room where those lovely views can be enjoyed through the large bay windows - binoculars have been thoughtfully provided.

At the back there is a galley kitchen and there are two bedrooms: a king-size double with a view over the garden and a twin looking out to sea.

Family bathroom.

You have your own pretty terraced garden with garden furniture and gas BBQ.

A wonderfully private apartment, superbly situated for town and beach.
