  • "Great property in an excellent location."

We could not get the extractor fans to work in either bathroom, so as there are no windows, it became very steamed up and damp. I noted the vent axia was turned off at the power socket in the utility cupboard, so assume there is a problem.

Thank you for your review, so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Seascape. There aren’t any extractors in the bathrooms it is the ventaxia system, I’m not sure why it had been switched off, it’s working correctly and it just needed switching it back on, I wish you’d of called if you thought somethings not working as it should, as this would have been a simple fix for your stay, thank you for pointing this out as I’ve popped a notice asking for the switch be left on at all times. Best wishes, Seascape Property Owner

  • "What a fabulous find."

We all absolutely loved our stay at apartment number 29 The Liner. From the moment we entered the private carpark at the centre of the apartment building with our own space to walking into the apartment it felt like we were on holiday. The apartment is sparkling clean and has everything you want for a holiday. fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, ice machine, dish washer and every cooking utensil you would need, if cooking is what you fancy doing. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment with views of the beach, sea and beautiful landscaped gardens. There’s a lovely accessible path that runs all the way round to the next cove. The beach café opposite serves tasty freshly cooked meals and has a bakery next to it for daily fresh bread and cakes. The walk into the town centre is an easy 20 minutes. So here’s for the one tiny negative and it is tiny, the noise from the diesel engine running the small pizza and coffee horse box that turns up every morning just opposite the apartment building. The apartment patio doors are fantastic for blocking out the noise of the outside but my sensitive hearing could hear the diesel engine every morning waking up. But that’s it. That’s my one negative. Thankyou apartment 29 for a much needed week away. We hope to be back soon.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and lovely feedback. We so happy to hear how much you enjoyed your stay at Seascape and hope you’ll stay with us again. Property Owner

  • "This apartment was brilliant."

The highlight has to be the large balcony, with great furniture and wonderful view. We spent more time here than anywhere - even when it rains, as very little rain comes onto the balcony itself. Everything inside the apartment was as described and felt good quality and plentiful. It's position right in front of Gyllingvase beach is fab, as it takes seconds to walk there, and there's even a shower in the car park to wash off sandy feet etc. It's a struggle to think of anything negative, I suppose the only thing is that the small park opposite (which is beautiful) can be a bit of a hang-out place for slightly noisy youths in the early evening, but you're going to get that in most seaside towns, and they weren't there late, and the windows in the property were great at cutting out any noise if needed - although we actually slept with the window open every night and got a great night's sleep every night. I really would not hesitate to recommend this apartment - we are already looking to see when we can go back!

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay at seascape and hope you’ll stay with again soon Property Owner

  • "Very nice apartment and very well equipped."

Excellent position overlooking the sea with a fantastic balcony! Only two negatives were the fact that it was extremely dusty and gave us the impression it had not been occupied for a while and the settees are very uncomfortable and difficult to sit on, because you keep sliding forward on them!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback so please you enjoyed the apartment. Property Owner

  • "We had a wonderful week in Seascape."

The apartment is very well located for the beach, the town and lovely walks. The apartment itself is very well appointed inside and out. The only slight downside is the level of noise late at night during the weekends. Obviously this is beyond the control of Sykes but it is something we would consider when booking a return visit.

Thank you for your lovely review of Seascape we are happy to hear you enjoyed the apartment. It’s location is Falmouth town beachfront and is enjoyed by many people. Property Owner

  • "Lovely apartment in a good location."

No complaints at all. I had rung Sykes prior to our arrival to find out if the apartment had a washer dryer. Told it only had a washing machine. Very pleased to find on arrival that it was I fact a washer - dryer.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, this has now been added to the listing. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Seascape. Property Owner

Located right across the road from the beach and with easy access to some great coastal walks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you Sally for a lovely week - the weather wasn't great but at least we had a welcoming apartment to return to after our long walks around the town and coastline.

Would not recommend the seafront restaurant (Gilly's) not very comfortable seats, restricted menu and definitely overpriced - even had the audacity to include a 15% service charge But overall liked the location very much and would like to return some time

You realise watching many try and find parking in Falmouth and surrounding towns that having a private secure space is invaluable. Our only negative was only having a fan in the master, the kids room would really benefit from one.

Seascape boasts fabulous views across the panoramic coastline, this stunning property is the idyllic base for a small family or two couples looking to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall.

A sought-after off-road parking space welcomes you upon arrival, along with a handy storage pod, offering a secure place to store surf boards and wetsuits, as well as an outdoor shower, perfect for washing away sandy toes after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Choose between taking the lift or climbing the stairs up to the third-floor, and make your way into the holiday cottage, kicking off your flip flops at the door before continuing through the hallway to the main living area.

The open-plan living space is beautifully-appointed with a light and airy décor, featuring a neutral colour palette that is complimented by oak flooring and wooden furnishings, creating a homely setting for your stay.

Two vintage leather sofas are positioned in the sitting area, flooded with natural lighting welcomed in through the towering patio doors, offering the perfect space to put your feet up and soak in the fresh sea air as you enjoy a spot of television.

The contemporary kitchen brings a modern edge to the space, fit with gleaming white surfaces and handy appliances to assist the designated chef in cooking up a delicious meal for the group to enjoy as they gather around the rustic dining table, stylishly crafted from reclaimed wood.

Once the kids have gone to bed, enjoy a solace escape on the balcony, lying back on a sun lounger and watching the sunset over the water in the distance with your significant other, toasting a chilled glass of fizz to an unforgettable experience.

At the end of another fun-filled day, head off for some well-deserved rest, where you have the choice between a king-size bedroom, benefiting from a contemporary en-suite shower room, or a super-king-size with a zip/link feature for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The property's neutral colour pattern continues through to both bedrooms, decorated with wood furnishings and original artwork and offering fantastic view of the scenic coastline and neighbouring tropical gardens framed by the patio doors that lead out to the balcony.

Completing the apartment is the spacious family bathroom, featuring a delightful bathtub, where you can truly savour a moment of relaxation.

Jump in the car and head to the city of Truro, home to the Gothic Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary, dating back to 1880, as well as a host of local heritage that can be seen on display at Royal Cornwall Museum.

Wander through the picturesque setting of the Victoria Gardens where you can catch sight of the Carvedras Viaduct, soaring 86 feet into the sky.

Just outside of the city you can enjoy a fun-filled family day out at Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm, home to Cornwall's favourite Rattler Cornish Cloudy Cyder, where you can partake in a sampling tour of the cyder, gin and soft drinks on offer, visit the farmyard animals, including Cornish Black Pigs, and finish the day with a traditional Cornish Cream Tea.
