The property

A handsome barn conversion offering a rural base for a couple or small family to explore the nearby coast.

Situated down a no-through track on the edge of the pretty hamlet of Relubbus close to Marazion, Foxglove cottage is positioned adjacent to the owner’s cottage and neighbouring Ivy cottage, that can be booked in conjunction to accommodate a total of 8 people.

A modern conversion with a neat kitchen breakfast room and French doors to the patio, and an open walkway leading into a comfortable sitting room with timber beams and oak floors.

There is a ground floor shower room and stairs leading to two bedrooms a double and single.

A paved patio is a private spot to relax in sunshine or enjoy a barbecue following the day's’ exploration and leads into a sweeping lawn shared with Ivy Cottage next door.

Three miles away is the coastal town of Marazion and the sleeping stretch of beach that arcs along Mounts Bay.

The spectacular St Michaels Mount, a castle topped island that rises out of the bay, can accessed via a cobbled causeway across the beach at low tide.

Perranuthnoe Beach and Praa Sands are both in easy reach in either direction along the coast, and a little further Penzance that boasts the longest seafront promenade in Cornwall is delightful day out.

The coastal resort of St Ives is 8 miles where you will find a choice of 4 beaches and an array of fine restaurants, galleries and shops to browse along with the Tate St Ives.

Foxglove cottages makes a lovely base for exploring or sharing with friends, or a simple retreat to unwind and relax in the peaceful Cornish countryside.
