1 Customer Review

  • "The house was just what we wanted - Mousehole surely is a difficult place to dislike even for someone as hard to please as myself !"

In particular all credit to the cleaner(s) who did an incredible job making the place immaculate however if there are to be constructive criticism then here goes (a) a few bins for the recycling would be helpful - we ended up using the next door neighbours bins instead (b) the fold up wooden chairs in the kitchen were incredibly uncomfortable after half an hour - and we are not fat people (c) some information on setting the wall heaters - they seem to be stuck on a default low setting (d) the complementary bottle of chilled white wine in the fridge whilst appreciated was refreshingly disgusting ! Having said that I am very happy with how the week went, highly recommend the cottage, the village of Mousehole and all praises to Sykes holidays. x

Thank you for taking the time to leave to leave your review and we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay at The Nook. The owners will certainly review the information folder to ensure that instructions for the heaters are included (these should be in the kitchen drawer). The refuse for the property is removed and sorted by a local company. We do hope you'll choose The Nook next time you are booking a Cornish break. Property Owner
