There was a nice cream tea waiting for us and a nice bottle of wine. The scones were made by the owner. They were delicious. If you need recommendations of places to eat and drink, just ask Marie Clare or her husband Kim (the owners). We would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful converted stable. We were sad to leave, but when we go back to Cornwall, we'll definitely be staying there again. I don't think you can top this place. It was very spacious and the fenced off garden was perfect for our dog. We felt very comfortable and the owner's were very friendly and welcoming. The owners of the barn are very welcoming and have everything you would need to start your holiday off well. The facilities are excellent and clean. The barn is situated near Bodmin and is very close to towns and amazing beaches. Kim and Mary- Clare had thought of little touches like having warm scones ready when we arrived as well as a few provisions. There was also a box of doggy things in case you forgot to bring. The garden was fully enclosed so we had peace of mind when letting our dog out. This was the ideal base for a really relaxing holiday.
