The property

This converted stable block is set amidst a beautiful countryside landscape near Helland, and is adjacent to the owners own home.

Close to Bodmin Moor this property is perfect for walkers with easy access to The Camel Trail and Saints Way.

The open plan living area, with decorative spiral staircase, has a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with comfy sofas and TV with Freeview and Blu Ray.

The family bathroom is on the ground floor with bath, shower, basin and WC.

The steep spiral staircase leads to the first floor and the bedrooms, a double and a twin, with height restrictions.

The twin bedroom has doors leading onto a balcony to enjoy the onset of evening with a drink or two.

Outside is a suntrap private courtyard, ideal for barbecues.

There is also a picnic bench in the paddock and little ones will love feeding the resident hens.

This property is ideally situated for ramblers or cyclists but also within a short drive of fabulous beaches, hot-spot resorts and famed attractions.

Bodmin, the one-time County Town of Cornwall with its narrow streets, shops and pubs, is perfectly placed for exploring all that this fabulous holiday area has to offer. The outstanding surf, rugged cliffs and hidden coves of the north coast beaches and the quieter sands and river estuaries of the south coast are both 15 miles away while on the edge of town is the fascinating museum and haunting presence of the old Bodmin Jail. The popular Camel Trail for cyclists and walkers also winds its way through the town on its journey to the sea at Padstow. Close by are the open spaces and wind swept grandeur of Bodmin Moor while the incomparable Eden Project (11 miles), Falmouth’s National Maritime Museum (30 miles) and the beautiful harbour town of Padstow with its famous pubs and restaurants (16 miles) make for great days out.
