  • "The pool was fabulous"

  • "The cottage was super clean and very well equipped especially in kitchen."

The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. A real bonus facility and good system in place for allocating swimming time for each cottage during Covid so no-one need share pool with anyone else. In lovely setting with great outdoor facilities for children and adults. Good base from which to explore Cornwall. Would certainly return here and recommend this cottage.

  • "Would definitely recommend."

Although we could not get any internet connection for the majority of the time, it did mean that we totally turned off but worried about not being able to get calls due to the current situation and ageing parent. Loved the lambs, kept us entertained and plenty of wildlife to observe. Swimming pool was great.

  • "I understand that the current situation with Covid-19 has meant changes were needed."

Some of the changes just seem inconsistent and much more red tape than those applied by other similar businesses.

lovely hosts who were there if we needed them but not intrusive. fantastic pool. we will be back.

  • "Lovely welcome & gifts, clean & everything you need from home to home."

Swimming pool & sandpit was great to have, lovely location to do lots or as little as you want, with lots off information on eating out & places to visit. We all enjoyed getting the fresh milk from the local farm in walking distance. They had a pizza night which we missed as we had plans, but if we had more notice we would have gone as it sounded like a good night. Would recommend this place & if to stay in this area again we would look to book here again, lovely holiday had by all.

Very peaceful location with lots of wildlife nearby. The hosts were excellent and not was too much trouble for them and the pizza nights were great. The cottage was so lovely we booked for next year already.

  • "Great location."

Extremely warm welcome by owners, very nice cottage, great facilities (playground and heated pool were amazing, kids loved it). Would definitely book again if we'd spent another holiday in that particular region.

  • "From the very warm welcome and the thoughtful 'gifts', the vast array of leaflets on things to do and eating out recommendations, the swimming pool and loads for children to do, the owners couldn't have been kinder."

We had a wonderful stay and our dog, Bobby, had a great time (his first holiday). We would definitely return.
