  • "Fantastic stay - hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay and nothing was too much trouble."

Very very clean and the sweet treat on arrival was a very welcome touch. A lovely cottage with a homely feel. Very central point for going out for days, perfect location. Also a good pub 20 mins away for excellent food is the ‘The Springer Spaniel Country Pub and Restaurant’. Thank you for a memorable stay!

  • "Henwood Barn was the perfect base for us to spend a week’s holiday following a family wedding at a nearby venue."

Becca the owner was very warm and welcoming and accommodated all our needs. The cream tea awaiting us on arrival was such a lovely touch. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable, there is plenty of living space in the cosy lounge and large kitchen/dining room and the setting is beautiful. We would have made more use of the guests’ garden area had the weather permitted as the views from there were stunning across fields and The Valley beyond. A very peaceful and relaxing holiday, we would gladly return.

A perfect location to explore the stunning Bodmin Moors countryside. The property was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Thank you so much to Becca who was very helpful and informative of the surrounding area.

  • "An absolutely beautiful, clean cottage in a picturesque location with a fantastic garden."

The owner was very pleasant and helpful and made our stay warm and welcoming. The gift bag on arrival for our pet and our present on arrival was a lovely touch, too! After a day of exploring whatever Cornwall had to offer, sitting and relaxing by the wood burning fire was so comforting. We will be recommending Henwood Barns to our friends and family.
