The property

This spacious detached four-bedroom bungalow in St Agnes lies close to the coast and beaches, bringing you sea views which can be admired from the comfort of your very own holiday home.

Perfected for families, Greenacres Farm is filled with charm and attention to detail, whether you plan on simply relaxing or exploring the great outdoors.

The interior commences with a porch, which continues through to a kitchen/diner centred by an AGA cooker, and also including an electric oven.

From here, you can reach the sitting room, a beautiful place to unwind, with books on offer for a good read in front of the woodburning stove, and French doors that open out to the balcony, looking out over the sea in the distance.

The accommodation also boasts a family bathroom with an overhead shower, and a collection of comfy bedrooms, each laced in a glimpse of colour, with charming furnishings and a variety of zip/link options, should you wish to alter the set-up accordingly.

There is even a master room attached to a lovely en-suite shower room.

A very family-friendly property.

The cottage is just a 15-minute walk from the centre of St Agnes which is situated on the north coast of Cornwall just three miles from the A30 which makes it ideally placed in the middle of the county as a starting point for visiting Cornwall’s many attractions.

Greenacres Farm also benefits from an enclosed garden, and a working farm where you can visit the little ducks and collect fresh eggs from the chickens.

Swim or surf in the clear waters, walk the footpaths and bridleways or hop onto the South West Coast Path.
