The property
Treworgie is a handsome, detached house with Georgian origins, wonderfully tucked away on a 240 acre dairy farm.
Should you wish to, you are welcome to watch the busy milking activities.
Quintessentially Cornish inside, the living area is open-plan and has a wood burning stove, beamed ceilings and slate floors.
A little conservatory is a lovely spot to sit and take in the lovely long rural views.
On the first floor are two bedrooms – a double with countryside views and a room with adult sized bunks and a washbasin.
They share a smart shower-room.
To one side is an enclosed garden with table, chairs and barbecue and at the back across a yard is a simple but large first-floor games barn with lots of toys, table tennis, air hockey and table football.
For keen walkers, nearby footpaths lead to the Helford River and creeks and local pub.
The village of Manaccan is in beautiful walking country, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is well placed for exploring the area's beaches.
¼ mile away are the magical creeks of the Helford Passage, and 1 mile away is St Anthony-in-Meneage where you can hire boats, or indulge in a little wild river swimming.
Take the foot ferry across the Helford River to the village of Helford, or the larger town of Helston with plenty of amenities, is within a short drive.

About the location
MANACCAN
Helston 10 miles ; Helford 1.5 miles ; Porthallow 3 miles
The village of Manaccan on the South Helford is small and friendly, with an excellent restaurant, friendly village inn and a beautiful 12th century church. The South Helford is arguably one of the most beautiful and unspoilt parts of Cornwall. With meandering country roads, picturesque creeks, tidal inlets and pretty waterside villages, the area can be summed up in three words: tranquil, charming and timeless. The perfect spot for enjoying outdoor living, the South Helford’s sheltered coves were made for messing around on the water and strolling leisurely along the banks. Leave your ‘phone behind and embrace the simple pleasures - while away time paddling in the shallows, explore hidden coves with a hire boat from St Anthony, and stroll through woodland to enjoy a picnic on the beach.
