I took two of my children and five grandkids ,everyone enjoyed their week, beds were extremely comfortable and the garden was a good size for the grandkids to run around in . The owner was very attentive checking in to make sure all was ok. Lots of lovely beach’s near and shop in village. We will definitely come back next year.

"Just had a wonderful couple days in the Bright House – so comfortably furnished and laid out."
I needed to be at Watergate Bay each day and it was literally just a ten minute drive to this superb beach. The spectacular Mawgan Porth is even closer. Eating out wise you are spoilt for choice without even having to go to Newquay or Padstow, though both are great and super close. A wander to Carnewas national trust café on the cliffs above Bedruthian steps, with its lovely home cooked feel, is highly recommended, and further on Treyarnon youth hostel also does good value breakfasts and cream teas with just a short walk on to Constantine Bay, basically the coast path all around here is Stunning, as are some local more inland walks. If eating in. the kitchen is really well equipped. The house felt relaxing enough to not need a spa, though if you did, from experience Bedruthian and, its slightly more upmarket sister the Scarlett, are both super close and have luxurious feeling spas, and I learned this weekend Watergate hotel has one too which is top notch, one to check out when feeling flush enough! I look forward to returning to this wonderful base for friends/ friends and family both just to be, and to explore more of this exciting area again. Thank you to the Bright House and it's attentive owners.
