  • "The venue was very clean, spacious and the description very accurate."

    We were very pleased with the welcome hamper that was left for us. We had meals at two local pubs, the Pheasant and Two Cloomes as recommended by our hosts and were very pleased with the food and welcome. We visited lots of beaches but preferred Perranporth for walks with our dogs. We would certainly consider coming again.

  • "Excellent property fitting the description closely."

    Lovely hosts who are unobtrusive but available for help, recommendations, etc. Great kitchen, lovely conservatory, huge garden and comfortable lounge/tv room. The bathroom is well appointed but would be on the small side for a larger group. Three upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs. Really great for a dog. Location within easy reach of north and south Cornish coasts, loads of excellent beaches and decent pubs/restaurants, etc.

  • "Phenomenal."

    One word to describe this property .Ideal for us ,pool and garden were amazing .Ideally located as a base as well as long as you drive as not too far from anywhere (or that's how it seemed to me ).Owners on hand if any help required and were in daily to clean the pool and happy to help with anything if required .My only regret is we didn't book 2 weeks but will definitely be back at some point

    Wow wow wow This place is a awesome place to stay, it is nicely situated if you drive 7 of us spent the week here and it was huge, loads of room without getting under each others feet, just wished we booked 14 days now I would definitely recommend booking and would return without question The owners who are always close by are always happy and helpful Pictures look good on the Ad but still don't do this place justice Thanks for a wonderful holiday

  • "Perfect - spacious and well equipped."

    Perfect for a large group of people. Lounge was lovely and comfortable, but we didn’t really use as we sat in the conservatory and kitchen, or outside of an evening. The beds were lovely and comfortable - the best nights sleep I’ve had for a long time! The property is also lovely and private. The pool is ideal and was used regularly, after long days on the beach. It’s plenty big enough to play games in too and is also very well maintained. We had a great stay and we loved every minute at the farm, so much so we didn’t want to go home. Will definitely look to come back next year.

Newquay 6.7 miles; Truro 11.1 miles.

Within the wonderful and popular county of Cornwall is the village of Summercourt, situated midway between Newquay and St Austell, it is near to the A30 intersection which can give you easy access to both of these coastal towns. Home to the longest-established fair in Cornwall, Summercourt Fair, which has been going for more than 800-years, nowadays it brings a large funfair and produce market. Two pubs can be found in the village as well as a village store and Post Office. Hop on the A30 and head up to Newquay, bustling coastal town with a great beach and popular with surfers, you can enjoy local craft shops and independent businesses as well as classic Cornwall tourist spots.
