  • "The owners were very friendly, but the property description is inaccurate."

There is no "flame effect gas fire" but instead an oil-fired stove which is incredibly hot and is dangerous with no fire guard. Without the stove on, there is no heating, making the property uncomfortably cold. I cannot recommend this property for anyone with young children, elderly people or those with learning difficulties in their party as the danger if they were to trip against the stove is too great. Additionally you should note the description is incorrect in terms of the bedrooms - it is actually two doubles and a bunk bed room.

Thank you for your feedback. We do provide a fire guard, if you had let us know then we would have been more than happy to sort this out for you. We have had a variety of parties at this property including the elderly and young children, but we will consider making it as safe as we can for future bookings. Once again we thank you for your feedback. Property Owner
