Hot water in kitchen still not usable as tap sprayed water all over Kitchen had to use kettle For washing up Damp smell through out property Unsatisfactory cleaning, cooker dirty with unwashed cooking tray in oven All surfaces needed cleaning on arrival including kitchen and tables Cobwebs hanging from ceiling, and this during a pandemic This is by far the worst property I have ever rented

Thank you for taking the time to complete your feedback. We are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced during your stay which have been discussed with the owner. The heating element going in the immersion heater could not have been foreseen and was unfortunate. As soon as the Property Manager was aware of this a plumber was organised and the element was replaced. A previous guest broke the key in the lock of the door, afterwards the lock appeared to be fine, as soon as the Property Manager was aware that there was still a problem with the door, a replacement lock was fitted. The owner has taken up the cleanliness issues with the Housekeeping Company. There have been no previous complaints of the property being damp. The owner has confirmed that in the current Covid-19 climate, prior to all guest's arrival the property is 'fogged'. - Sykes owner relations
