  • "The Property was clean and tidy that had a warmth and cosy environment to it, perfect for a small family."

    The main let down were the mattresses you can feel the spring in them and need some major upgrading this is for all the rooms. 2-3 light bulbs were out (lamps in bedroom) and needed new ones put in, not something we should be worried about during our stay. The WIFI was poor kept going off so having to always restart wasn't great. Overall a lovely place to stay but need improving to make it the best experience, all the little attention to details makes all the difference. Thank you for having us

  • "I was quite underwhelmed with the property."

    Even though it was clean it was extremely expensive for what we received. The beds were awful the shower trickled out water , basically it was very cheaply done which doesn’t reflect in the cost . I hate moaning but hopefully this is seen as constructive criticism.

The property was fully refurbished during the winter months, we are sorry you experienced issues with the shower, these are run of a generator for the park, sometimes they can run low on pressure.   • "Really good owner, park was poorly prepared for covid which left little to do on site."

    Understand that these are exceptional times but a notice to bring all entertainment and sports stuff would have helped, closing the recreational room. Some info on local parks from site would have helped. Bev was lovely who owns the unit, nothing was too much bother. Loads todo within 20 min drive, tretangleand Seaton beaches were lovely.

Venture inside to find the three beautiful bedrooms sitting on the ground floor, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement for a variety of group needs, here you can find a master double bedroom benefiting from an en-suite bathroom which also has Jack-and-Jill access to serve the further two twin bedrooms, each sleeping spot boasting a homely aura and a lovely spot to rest your head.

St Ann's Chapel is a hamlet in the parish of Calstock, just west of Gunnislake, in Cornwall. Set in a beautiful rural location engulfed by the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this small community is now largely residential with a handful of local shops, eating establishments, public houses and small businesses in and around the area. Callington is close by, a market town rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area. From the top of Kit Hill there are fabulous views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound, a must for the outdoor enthusiast. The market town of Tavistock lies 6 miles to the north and offers a range of local shops. Plymouth is a vibrant city with a flourishing university and has the benefit of a main line rail station with access to London Paddington. This wonderful area offers much to be explored, a delightful region of Cornwall to choose as a base.

The pool and gym will be closed for emergency pool repairs from 4pm on Friday 11th March and will reopen again on Monday 14th March.

Also, that the pub kitchens will be closed for food from Monday 28th February through until Tuesday 15th March. The pub will still be open, there just won't be any food available during these dates.
