We all had a wonderful holiday. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. With everything we needed for a good holiday. A good base for visiting lots of interesting places. We had a lovely visit to the Minack theatre which was interesting and the views are amazing. I would recommend The Beech holiday lodges to any one. Also close to lots of supermarkets for your supplies.

No problems apart from the lid of the kitchen bin was broken which was a bit annoying. Would recommend.

  • "Met by Michelle who gave us good information about the local area."

The Lodge was fitted out to a very high standard and no expense had been spared. Welcome pack was appreciated. The location was very good for trips to the beaches, restaurants and visitor attractions such as Eden Project. The driveway approaching the Lodge was very narrow.Turning right onto the Falmouth was at times scary!!!

Thank you for a wonderful peaceful holiday again we will be back hopefully ❤️

Never used induction hob beforedo u call it?,didn’t find hairdryer and shaver socket till day before return home. For me personally I found bed too high, sofa too low for elderly visitors like ourselves and struggled to get on bed and off sofa. The ramp was great as my walking very limited, walk in shower great, high rise loo great. But the lodge itself is beautiful and more than I expected, really enjoyed the largeness of it as we had an extremely wet week and was so glad of space. Loved watching squirrel and pheasant beautiful surroundings, loved the floor to ceiling windows felt very much outside amazing, thank you so much we so hope to return, amazing stay thank you

  • "Overall extremely good."

Very modern and well appointed. Excellent facilities, although no better than I would expect for the price. The super king en suite bedrooms are fabulous albeit slightly cramped. I would describe Beech as slightly more functional than comfortable and let down by the excessive creaking of floorboards, particularly noticeable at night, and very poorly designed dishwasher. The staff are very personable and reactive. The lodge was extremely cold when we arrived but, after we commented, they quickly turned up the heating for us and it was fine after a couple of days.

  • "Beautiful place, lovely and quiet."

The perfect break. I would recommend lighting along the paths and more lighting round the lodges to help people find them in the dark. Some clearer signage may help too as we struggled to find the lodge. Would also love the option to be able to have a bath in the big family bathroom rather than all showers, that would be nice to have at least 1. Over all this was an amazing lodge and will defiantly be coming back soon

  • "Lovely position, quiet & nice views, the only noise we heard at night was two juvenile badgers fighting outside our lodge (they make an amazing amount of noise) which were fascinating to watch."

Spotlessly clean & well organised & excellent wifi connection (necessary as signal is minimal). Only slight criticism was the lack of instructions for heating etc. I know it’s awkward with Covid restrictions but perhaps send info. when booking sent out. We worked everything out in the end but not everyone would.
