  • "On arrival we were greated by the owner Kathy."

She was very welcoming, and showed us around the propertey. The property was sparkling clean, and had a warm homely feel to it. It was spacious, and all the rooms were kept in a very high standard. The property had all the mod cons, including washing machine, dryer, dish washer microwave, ect. There was even sky in the living room, although we spent most of the time in the conservatory area, as it was open plan with great views over fields. The conservatory faces west, and we were presented with beautiful sunsets. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. I have said that getting a good nights sleep is just as important when you are on holiday. It was a home from home. We loved it to the point we did not want to leave. You know you have had a good holiday when you say that. The property is in a good location just outside of newquay, with great road links to all locations of Cornwall. Local shops and pubs are just 0.5 miles away in Quintrell Downs, or you have a Morrisons supermarket 1 mile up the road. Pets are not allowed, and that's a good thing, the quality of the property, the cleanliness, should not be compromised by other people's pets, nothing worse that a wet dog smell or property damage. We have dogs and pets, and totally understand why they are not allowed. We often visit Cornwall in the summer, and have stayed at many locations. This property has been the best we have stayed in, and we can't wait to go back. Thank you Kathy. Hope to see you again soon.
