  • "The house was clean, comfortable and well equiped."

Even though it sleeps 10 our group of 4 adults did not "rattle" around in it. However if you were in a large group you still had plenty of room. I suggest following directions given as some sat navs take you to a property around the corner. Location peaceful and quiet with great views.

  • "Beautiful and very large cottage."

Had a fantastic stay with my family and could of asked for any more. The cottage is a little secluded, although if you drive this would not be an issue. Had most amenities you can think of and every need was catered for. Would recommend for a large family.

  • "The location was quiet without being isolated."

The neighbours were very friendly. The house was extremely comfortable, furnished and decorated to a high finish and the garden was perfect for 2 youngsters to let off steam in.

  • "The house was absolutely perfect - amazing location close to beaches and walks, and remote enough to feel away from the crowds."

The house is furnished to a really high standard and is exceptionally clean. The beds are SO comfy and the rooms all spacious. We were a group of 5 adults and one baby and had a great week at the house. Charlie the owner was on hand for anything we needed and was so nice and friendly when we arrived a little earlier than expected. We loved our stay and will be booking again.

  • "The home and stay was absolutely lovely."

My friends and I have an amazing stay, It was a nice touch to be welcomed with cakes and other little bits like milk etc. I wish this house had a pool or hot tub due to the size of the garden I think it would really add that extra wow factor, and increase the sales (although I’m sure they are high enough as it is!) Absolutely beautiful location and that’s why I think a hot tub on the back patio (by bifolds) would be stunning as the red sunsets in the evenings was really something else.

  • "What an excellent property."

So spacious and well equipped. The dining room and lounge are the highlights as are the fantastic views from the upstairs bedrooms over the surrounding valley. Despite being only a couple of minutes away from 3 main A-roads the house was so quiet and the surrounding countryside was excellent for walking with lots of marked footpaths. Very easy access to Falmouth, local tourist attractions and with an Asda at Penryn and Sainsbury’s at Helston within 5-10 minutes drive.
