The property

Originally built in 1912 as the offices for the Duchy of Cornwall, The Duchy is an annexe property situated alongside the owner’s fine home, in the market town of Liskeard.

This spacious property is ideal for families or couples looking to get the most out of a trip to this lovely part of the UK, with easy access to the coast and towns further inland.

The open-plan living space begins with the light and bright sitting area, where there is a large leather sofa, perfect for resting up after a long day of exploring.

Moving into the well-equipped kitchen, there is everything you need to rustle up the perfect dinner to impress the rest of the group.

The three bedrooms are made up of a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin and a single, along with a stunning bathroom with a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower.

The property also benefits from a utility cupboard containing a washing machine and a cloakroom with WC and basin, as well as off-road parking for up to three cars.

Outside there is a private patio area complete with table and chairs for the warm summer evenings.

With Liskeard being at the head of the Looe valley, the fishing town of Looe is not far, at around a 9-mile drive.

Polperro is perfect to explore on foot as many of its streets are narrow.

North of Liskeard is the spectacular Bodmin Moor, a remote heather covered granite moorland with excellent opportunities for hiking and other outdoor activities like cycling, orienteering and horse riding so you'll have plenty of choice to cater for everyone.

Add to the history of The Duchy by creating perfect memories with your loved ones that you'll cherish forever.
