The property

Mousehole 2.5 miles.

Kemyel Wartha Farmhouse is a beautiful detached property with panoramic sea views, superbly located just off the Cornish coastal path between the enchanting Lamorna Cove, much loved by artists and film makers alike and the pretty fishing village of Mousehole, described by Dylan Thomas as the prettiest village in England.

With stunning far reaching and uninterrupted sea views, this beautifully furnished house offers a real get away from it all holiday or short break in a hamlet in one of the most tranquil and natural areas in the UK.

Arriving via a mile long unmade track you soon realise you are somewhere special, and then on your left with only fields and the sea beyond is the gated farmhouse.

As you enter you will feel the lovely homely feel that the owners' have worked hard to create over the years with lots of local artwork adding to the character.

The sitting room is a most cosy place to relax at the end of the day in front of the woodburning stove after bracing cliff top walks accessed right alongside the house.

A well-equipped kitchen and dining area is the place to sit down for breakfast to discuss the plans for the day ahead.

On the first floor the three bedrooms are located with the master benefitting from en-suite facilities.

It is worth getting up early one morning to witness the most amazing sunrise with you also getting used to the beautiful sunsets in this very special place.

Outside the farmhouse is an enclosed lawned garden with a patio, where you can enjoy an early morning coffee before heading out for a day full of adventures.

Outside the farmhouse a path will bring you right onto the South West Coastal Path between Lamorna Cove and Mousehole, listed by the Times as one of the top walks in the UK.

With it being located in the heart of the west Penwith Peninsula and being so close to Land’s End your options for days out and places to visit will be endless.

Whatever time of year you visit, a stay at Kemyel Wartha Farmhouse will provide you with a fantastic holiday to remember.
