The property

This splendid three storey contemporary home lies in the Cornish town of Newquay, uplifted by a rejuvenating colour scheme, spacious floors and three bedrooms comfortably sleeping six guests.

This charming town house boasts an elevated position close to the town centre, ideal for exploring the South West Coast Path and its pristine stretches of golden sands, tucked away inlets and sheer cliffs.

The open-plan living provides an ample kitchen setup, dining bench and lovely sitting area arranged together with a large TV with DVD.

Slide open the glass doors and take in the delights of outdoors, the elegant sun terrace sits wonderfully with a custom-built barbecue area and furniture set up for you to enjoy your meals alfresco on warmer days.

For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 30 minutes. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is under an hour's drive or a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
