"The house was very spacious and well-equipped and we really did enjoy our stay."
The staff were friendly and helpful and responded quickly to the problems we had with the heating, hot tub and hot water. We felt the house needed some improvements though, such as more and better lighting, some new windows (fittings loose and unworkable due to rot) and an unattached wall fitting which was potentially dangerous. An instruction/welcome booklet would have been useful. Potentially this could be a fantastic place.
"The house is amazing just a few little things that would be nice, serving dishes there are not enough."
Shame dishwasher didn’t work as there was alot of dishes to clean. Recycling could be better you separate in the kitchen but then throw all in one bin outside. Wi-Fi is terrible and with only ten people allowed this was a problem as the house sleeps 14. Sorry a few negatives but on the whole the house was great.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Please be assured that we take all of our guests feedback on board to ensure improvement where required. We are pleased to hear you had a great stay and hope to welcome you again in the future. Property Owner

"Inside the house was so comfortable and clean Outside could do with some updating and the day we left we noticed the jacuzzi was emptied onto the grass which resulted in a soggy lawn !"
! As there are 2 dishwashers would it not be better to supply some dishwasher tablets/liquid instead of washing up liquid !!!
