    “Killigrew house was amazing,it wasn’t the holiday we booked but we certainly wasn’t disappointed, The house is situated centrally to st ives and hayle exactly where we wanted We took the bus into St ives,10 minutes and recommend Porthkidney beach which is a 10 minute drive from the house.”

Sleeping five, and welcoming children three years and over, it offers a fabulous base for a family escape to the Cornish coast. A spacious sitting area is light and airy, lit by natural light from a window and French doors, which lead out to a glorious landscaped rear garden, throw them open and let in the fresh Cornish air, a relaxing palette of light blues and greys complement a coastal theme, with artwork of beautiful Cornish beaches on the walls, warm your toes in front of the gas fire, set the mood lighting and relax on one of the two sofas, comfortably seating five, and enjoy the entertainment on the large 49” smart television with Netflix and Blu-ray DVD player. About the location

LELANT

Lelant is a pretty village in the west of Cornwall, approximately 1.5 miles from Carbis Bay. The South West Coast Path travels through Lelant, along the estuary and past Porth Kidney Sands. Porth Kidney Sands is Lelant's stunning dog friendly beach, complete with several caves, a wonderfully quiet beach to explore. The beach provides great views to St. Ives and Carbis Bay in one direction and Godrevy lighthouse in the other direction. Lelant is a request stop on the beautifully scenic St Ives Bay line that runs to/from nearby St Erth. The village is also the location of the West Cornwall Golf Club, which is the oldest golf club in Cornwall. Lelant has a variety of local shops and couple of village pubs, or you could travel 2.5 miles to the popular seaside town of St Ives for a busier more thriving tourist experience.
