  • "We really enjoyed our week at Killigrew House."

It had everything we needed during our stay. It was lovely and clean and in a nice quiet location. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

  • "The house was lovely and well equipped."

The only challenges we had were getting wet things dry (a washing line would have been great) and the fridge door didn’t always close properly so milk etc went off.

Thank you for your feedback. If you have any issues during your stay please contact us and one of the local team will be able to assist straight away. Thank you again and we hope to welcome you back in the future. Kind Regards, The Carbis Bay Holidays Team Property Owner

  • "We have stayed at Killigrew House several times before and have always found the property very clean and comfortable."

We hope to book again next year. Just a couple of points: 1. It's a shame other people are allowed to park outside the house. 2. Some of the windows are very difficult to open and close. 3. A pizza cutter would be nice. Killigrew House is a lovely place to stay and we really enjoy our holidays there.

  • "Beautiful house, Clean & very well maintained in a very nice area, well stocked with everything you'd need (apart from a washing line)."

Ideally situated for the A30 for travelling around Cornwall. 10/10 property spoilt only by the parking war's with the residents of the top cul de sac, they like to park all their cars right outside the front of the property making it difficult for unpacking & packing the car legally. Having three children this made things quite difficult especially when it was raining. The one time I did manage to get parked outside the minute I moved my car to the garage spot around the corner, they'd be straight out to move their car into the space. I imagine in peak season it's a nightmare due to the limited parking & double yellow lines.

Dear Michael, thank you very much for you feedback. We are very pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the property and how clean and well maintained it was and also the location. We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with parking. however we are glad to hear that you were able to utilize the allocated parking space for Killigrew House. We hope to welcome you back in the near future. Kind Regards, The Carbis Bay Holidays Team Property Owner

The house was spotless and so comfortable. The restaurant vouchers and Carbis bay shopper bag were totally unexpected but lovely to find. My granddaughter was delighted with the chocolate buttons left in the fridge. Such a lovely touch! The house is central to many facilities and attractions but set in a quiet residential street - We loved the banana tree in the garden!! We would love to return!

  • "We found Lelant a perfect place to stay."

St Ives was extremely busy this year so we had the best of both worlds, a modern, roomy home with parking and only a short journey to get to Carbis Bay and St Ives. Lelant station (not Lelant Salting!) has enough of a service to get you in and out of St Ives. Tiny issue that there are no recycling facilities for holiday homes in the St Ives area, you must take your own waste to St Erth between 9am and 4pm.

Hi Joanne, Thank you for your lovely Feedback following your stay at Killigrew House. Glad to hear you appreciated the peace of Lelant and I hope you enjoyed the wonderful sea views on your train journeys to St Ives and back. Kind regards, Carbis Bay Holidays Property Owner
