Could do with a change of cleaner. The cooker was filthy, bathroom looked like it had just had a wipe over. There were cobwebs with baby spiders in one of the bedrooms. The rubbish was still there from the previous occupants. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. It was so soft we kept rolling off of the side. I booked Tranquility on the basis it came with WiFi. Even though we were given a code, there was no WiFi. We were also led to believe the property had an enclosed garden, of which it didn’t. We have a dog!! I put these problems mainly down to the owner, if this were my property I’d be keeping a better eye on things. (I know they live quite far away, but that’s their choice.) But Sykes could do more to check out that what is being listed is actually true before advertising it on the website.
