  • "A wonderful house, full of character and beautiful artwork and, of course, genuinely stunning views."

We were welcomed and made to feel at home by the extremely kind and considerate owners. The welcome hamper was unexpected and the best we have ever had. A perfect location in every way - a short, gentle stroll into the Lizard village and the fabulous fresh seafood at The Witchball ; and being able to leave the house, walk across a field to join the coastal path was amazing. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay and were reluctant to leave !

Thank you for your review. We are so very pleased you enjoyed the magic of The Lizard and all it has to offer from Kynance Bay House. We did warn you that you would leave a little bit of your heart here. We will keep it safe until you return. Property Owner

  • "We had a fantastic relaxing family holiday in Kynance Bay House."

We were so lucky with the weather and gathered every evening in the viewing room to watch stunning sunsets over Kynance Cove. The owners have an immaculately presented property, and have pretty much thought of everything! The house is beautifully furnished, and unusually, the quality of the Kitchen equipment meant we didn’t have to supplement it with anything, which in our past experience is more often not the case! Lovely coastal walks close by and a short stroll into the village. We would most definitely love to return. The Hartley Family.
