  • "The lounge blind needed adjustment to hang properly."

The windows needed cleaning too. All in all it was nice.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback from your stay. Thank you for also letting us know about the lounge blind, we shall advise our team to look at this. We're sorry the windows were not clean and that this was not picked up on changeover but pleased that you otherwise had an enjoyable stay. John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. • "On arrival the en-suite toilet button was broken and obviously not reported by previous tenant, there was no button and you had to remove the cistern lid to flush."

We couldn't use this toilet but fortunately could use bathroom toilet upstairs. This was reported to the John Bray office. Parking space for No 3 does not have a sign and is the only one not named or numbered at Castle Rock. Maybe a few more hangers in the wardrobes would be useful. Instructions for underfloor heating would be good if available. Other than that a very nice property at Castle Rock and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely return.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by these issues. Your comments have been passed on to the team at John Bray Cornish Holidays. We are glad that you still managed to enjoy your visit despite these issues and would love to welcome you back to North Cornwall in the future. - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. • "John Bray staff were superb, the cleanliness of the property, really super, well done the cleaning team."

Totally unimpressed with the Sykes side of the business. Your central call centre is just a waste of time. Revert to being able to speak with the super John Brsy people who care. With Sykes you are just a number .

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back anytime in the future. Our apologies for your difficulties with our main call center, we are continuously looking at improving our internal system. - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner

  • "Excellent accommodation, the only criticism I have was the parking, there was no signage as to where the parking bay was for number 3 and on two occasions another car was parked there, number 2 and number 6 have signs and you can work it out from there where the parking bay for number 3 is but if cars are already parked in 2 or 6 you cannot see the signs."

From the dining area, bi-fold doors lead out to a small courtyard with seating for two, offering a peaceful space to enjoy a morning coffee before a day of exploring.

Seaspray is ideally located within walking distance of Port Isaac’s harbour, which reveals a beach at low tide.

Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. There is ample parking at the top of the village and the village is a popular tourist destination with plenty of attractions including the dramatic Doyden Castle, the beautiful Lundy Bay and the famous Doc Martin's clinic. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops in the village. Just a short drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike.
