“This was s lovely apartment, super clean on arrival and the bedding was soft and comfortable.”

There were scones and cream left for us too, bit of jam would have been lovely :) The location for us was perfect, just a short walk to Charlestown and to the cove also only a short drive to other places of interest. We have had a thougoughly enjoyable holiday and will look to book this apartment again.

The property

Perfectly located for touring all of Cornwall, in particular the south coast, this luxury apartment with extensive sea views is set in Duporth, a short walk, via the South West Coastal path, from the historic harbour village of Charlestown.

With a private gated sandy beach just a stroll away, this is the ideal choice for either a family or two couples to enjoy the best of what Cornwall has to offer.

Arriving at this modern development of luxury holiday homes, you take the lift to the top floor where you enter into the long hallway with a bedroom either side.

The hallway leads into the beautifully-furnished open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and cosy sitting area with double French doors overlooking the green.

Here you have a choice of sitting out on the balcony or enjoying an evening making the most of the 50'' Smart TV with surround sound and curling up with a film.

There are two bedrooms with the master double having the benefit of both a balcony, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom offers flexible accommodation with two zip/link single beds which will form a super king-size double if required.

With such a lovely beach so close, lazy relaxing days can be enjoyed and treasured before strolling down to the South West coastal path, which in one direction takes you into the beautiful, historic village of Charlestown and the other to Porthpean beach and its multitude of activities.

In Charlestown, there is a collection of excellent pubs, cafés and bistros that will cater for all needs and likes.

Touring opportunities abound with the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and countless fishing villages for which the county is famous for all close by.

This is the ideal location for a great holiday by the sea at any time of year.
