"Absolutely beautiful holiday home."
Beds and sofas were clean and comfortable, the outside seating area was amazing.
It was an added bonus that we could have breakfast as a family outside on the decking.
The facilities were fabulous.
We had a lovely time here.

"Extremely well equipped kitchen down to a tea strainer!"
Fabulous! Very quiet location with handy short circular woodland walk if you have a dog. We took our kayaks down and found the access to a lockable shed extremely useful for safely storing our kayaks and equipment.
Beautiful large garden which isn’t overlooked and covered veranda for sitting out and relaxing.
Comfortable sofas in spacious lounge.
Only one thing - although we like a firm mattress we found the one on the double bed downstairs a little too hard for a comfortable nights sleep.
Fabulous location close to Falmouth and the coastal path for walks or Helford river for boating.
The lovely gifts that we’re waiting for us when we arrived were a lovely surprise and even our dog wasn’t left out!
May be returning next year. Thanks for an all round lovely stay.

Genuinely couldn’t fault anything at all. The staircase up to the upstairs is a little tricky to navigate initially but you soon get used to it

"Wunderschönes, komfortables und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus."
Besonders die Betten sind wunderbar zum schlafen. Schöner Garten und grosse Terrasse mit allen Möbeln die man braucht. Küche vollkommen ausgestattet, nur eine elektrische Orangenpresse hat gefehlt. Das Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock haben wir nicht genutzt, zu diesem führt eine sehr steile, enge Wendeltreppe , eigentlich nur für Kinder zu gehen. Das Besondere in diesem Haus ist ein Gaskamin der hat uns gewärmt während der kalten Tage. Kontakt mit einem Betreuer hatten wir nicht, obwohl anscheinend öfters jemand da war, nicht bei uns gemeldet. Badezimmer Heizung hat leider nicht funktioniert. Umgebung des Hauses ist schön. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

"Mariner's is a really outstanding property."
Big enough for 6 adults to have plenty of room, very luxurious, and incredibly well equipped. The real bonus is the huge garden and decking where we spent most evenings enjoying games and just spending time together after long days out. We loved our stay, and the only drawback was having to leave!

"Really lovely property just outside of Falmouth and Penryn which is a great central location and near Penryn railway station."
Beautiful garden and nicely decorated and well equipped interior. Good for dogs, probably not ideal for people with mobility difficulties due to steps and steep spiral staircase. Uncovering the hot tub would be a great addition if possible.
Thanks for feedback , sorry with the changeovers it’s very difficult to empty , clean and re-fill the hot tub . Plus sorting the chemical check on a daily basis for health and safety . That’s why it’s out the way and never been advertised .

Every possible item you might need was provided. Very welcoming for our dog. Garden and Patio was a delight. Stairs to the bedroom were steep but this was explained in the information about the accommodation. We wanted to move in permanently!!!

It’s such a brilliantly set up cottage with everything you can think of provided for. The dogs loved the garden and we had lovely weather so managed to eat lunch outside every day on the lovely patio.

"This property is one of the very best I have ever rented."
All good sized rooms, very clean and well maintained. A secluded garden with a large, covered, deck area means that sitting outside is possible even if the weather is not kind. Kitchen equipment was most impressive. Slow cooker, soup maker and, the crowning glory, decent knives! Our Housekeeper, Kylie, rang us to confirm our requirements before we left home and was easily contactable and most helpful and accommodating. A very enjoyable holiday.

"Mariners is a lovely well presented cottage that has a spectacular garden and terrace and comfy spacious bedrooms."
It is in Penryn which is a quiet town near Falmouth but it has good shops and takeaways and excellent bus and train links to Falmouth. The cottage was immaculately clean and has everything you might need for a family holiday. Pets are very welcome and we were greeted with some generous gifts of a treats, poo bags and even a lead! The owners obviously take immense pride in their property and have made lots of little adaptations that make the place unique and very functional. Probably not suitable if you have mobility problems as there are lots of steps and the spiral staircase would be difficult. We had a brilliant holiday and would recommend this property for families with dogs who want a good central location to explore Cornwall.

"What a lovely, comfortable place to stay !"
One of the best equipped cottages we have stayed in, with everything thought of to ensure you can just enjoy your time away. We particularly appreciated the extra thoughtful touches to accommodate our dogs too. The best bit about this house has to be the outside space as well; we were lucky with weather and managed to enjoy the massive deck and gardens extensively during our visit. The best thing about this lovely outdoor space was the fact it’s also very secure. Overall a very clean and comfortable house, with lovely thoughtful touches throughout, in a great location to reach many different parts of Cornwall very easily.

"Mariners was in a great location."
The house itself was very comfortable, clean and extremely well equipped. The outside space was perfect too. We had great weather but the huge covered terrace would mean even if the weather wasn’t so good you could spend time outside. All in all a great, dog friendly home that we will return to.
