The property

Located in The Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth, this mid terrace cottage can be found in the town of Falmouth on the South Cornwall coast.

Pendra Loweth is a village of purpose built and privately owned self-catering holiday cottages, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Sitting in a desirable setting opposite a babbling brook the accommodation boasts a comfy and spacious open plan interior with a bright living room where you can throw open the patio doors and enjoy the sun patio and communal lawn, which is perfect for alfresco dining or to just simply soak up the sun.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare you favourite meals and you can plan your next day's adventures around the dining table.

You will find three restful bedrooms upstairs each with ample storage space.

There are on-site facilities for those who do not wish to travel very far, try a dip in the indoor plunge pool (seasonal opening times), a game of tennis or just sit back and relax while the children enjoy the outdoor play area.

A gentle twenty minute walk will take you to the sandy stretch of sheltered beach at Maenporth.

This lively cove, along with Swanpool, is great for dipping your toes, a swim, hiring a rowing boat, mini golf or watching the world go by at the beach café.

How about a picnic at Gyllyngvase Beach!

Falmouth is home to the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle and you will discover superb restaurants, art galleries and gift shops as you stroll through the town on your way to the harbour where you can hop on a boat across the River Fal or head up stream towards Truro.
