    “Excellent cottage with beautiful ...”

Excellent cottage with beautiful views. Everything you could need was supplied and more. Need a car as there isn't anywhere local to walk to. However, chose the cottage because we wanted a relaxing beach stay. The hill up to the estate was a bit of a surprise but not a deal breaker! Will book again. Thanks you

The property

Just two miles from Falmouth the Maenporth Estate is a collection of privately owned residences set in 29 acres of well managed landscaped gardens and protected woods.

The accommodation is high quality and ideal for family and friends.

On the ground floor is a utility room and a cloakroom with WC leading to the living area which is open plan with a defined area for the kitchen.

The first floor has three bedrooms, one en-suite, and a family bathroom.

There is a private patio which leads to the shared lawn.

Residents have exclusive access to the Estate's private facilities.

The leisure centre has a sun terrace, shower and changing facilities, a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and pool table.

Behind the leisure centre is an enclosed children's play area and two all-weather tennis courts.

The South West Coastal Path passes in front of the Estate, the pretty villages of Mawnan Smith, Budock Water and Porth Navas are within walking distance.

The Estate provides an exceptional holiday setting where you can sit and relax and enjoy the tranquillity and wonderful scenery and gardens, or for the more adventurous, enjoy the Estate's leisure facilities, the local cliff top and woodland walks, from where you can explore the unique beauty that is Cornwall.
