  • "Very good place for price I paid."

Love quiet location and facilities on site. Very comfy sofas and beds. Good size and relaxing view out the trees and stream. Would definitely come again. Only downs - two light bulbs not working, broken shower door handle and control info rubbed off cooker - but this is being very picky for sake of it!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and I am so pleased to hear we might be seeing you again in the future. The team in reception are always happy to help if you have any issues at all while you are staying at Summer Cottage. We do ensure that the box of spare lightbulbs on the shelf in the kitchen is kept stocked just in case one might need replacing. Thank you for flagging up the shower handle and the control information on the cooker. The shower handle will be fixed shortly. The hob and oven have just been replaced this week. Property Owner

  • "The cottage was perfect."

it had everything we needed and more. very clean and well equiped. the setting was idilic and very peaceful only flaw that arose was that there was no site shop where we could get provisions like coffee, sugar, milk, bread etc. would definatley go again.

  • "The location of the house was excellent as were the facilities including the plunge pool and play area."

It was welcoming with coffee, tea, fudge and biscuits and there were soaps and loo rolls in the bathrooms. There was plenty of towels and bed linen too. Some of the crockery was a bit dirty which was probably the fault of the previous holidaymakers putting plates back without washing them up, rather than housekeeping which was very good and professional. Over all we are very pleased with the house and communal garden although the beds were a bit uncomfortable. A very enjoyable experience however.

  • "Lovely cottage and settings, pity one unknown dog owner allowed their pet to foul our shared garden."

Added bonus was the bar being open with wi-fi available.

The cottage was lovely but two many light bulbs blown or missing, extractor fan in ceiling in bathroom needs cleaning full of dust, dishwasher still had bits of food in it bit of a problem to lock patio doors now and again but nice and quiet place

Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased you had a good holiday. All the issues now have been addressed and we will pay more attention in the future. Property Owner

  • "Great house with well equipped kitchen."

Hadn't realised it only had a shower rather than a bath though. If it had wifi, we would be rebooking immediately but going to look for one with wifi first as will need to access work emails next holiday. Surprised there was no back door key for patio doors? In the summer this would definitely be needed, and did feel it doesn't meet fire regs not having a key for an exit..... Very impresssed with service received when I booked this from staff on telephone. Will definitely use you again. We stay at Pendra at least twice a year.
