The accommodation is well appointed throughout with a sitting/dining room on the ground floor with wood burning stove for those cooler evenings.

Behind this is a well-equipped galley kitchen.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor.

The sun-trapped and sheltered, steep terrace garden (children to be supervised) at the rear is equipped for relaxation and alfresco dining.

The 3 mile level walk to the historic market town of Penzance along the coastal footpath will reveal stunning scenery and the spectacle of windsurfers, dinghies and kite-surfers skimming over the waves.
