"Had a lovely two week stay at Ocean View, this was our second time at the property and again it did not disappoint."
The views over St Michael's Mount are breathtaking, the location of the property is excellent and all local amenities are just what you need. The property is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The property has had a make over since we stayed last year and it looked really nice, my only criticism would be the double bed in the main bedroom was not that comfortable. I think it is two singles joined together so was a bit of a bump in the middle, also being two tall people our feet were hanging over the bottom. Apart from that we had a wonderful family holiday and would not hesitate to stay again.

Both bedrooms do indeed have zip and link beds which were a necessity in order to get them up and around the narrow stairs into the apartment. We have asked our Housekeeper to look at the join between the beds to ensure there is no "bump" for any future guests. We are also sorry to hear the length of the King-size bed in the main bedroom was not ideal for you although it was in place when you stayed with us last year. The view towards The Mount were spectacular and we are definitely missing waking up to that this morning!! A beautiful apartment that we would not hesitate to stay in again, perfect for a family holiday.

Stunning views and excellent location, especially for coffee and cinnamon bun runs to the coffee spoon (lovely coffee shop.two doors down)! Can get a bit noisy depending who has rented the downstairs flat.

"We have just spent a week at ocean view, my partner and I, &my daughter and her partner."
Its a fabulous apartment, fantastic location for walking to restaurants locally and for touring around ftom. Thr facilities within the apartment are great, including the beds, which are really comfy. The only downside is parking, which is tight, a tiny street ( wide enough for one car) and you turn st an angle to enter the carpark and your space is the tightest up against a wall...it'd long enough for a bigger car, however you could get wedged turning back onto the street and easily scrape your car, we have a vauxhall astra and it was tight, we mastered it, but one of us guided in and out, of the space and street, our stay was not helped by the flat downstairs had two vehicles in the car park one of which as you first enter was a long van, so restricted the drive in turn. It was easier when they left and the new visitors only had one small car,made the car park easier. You enter the property by the red door at the front, then the flat door inside, we didn't think this was clear, ( and arrived mid torrential thunder and lightening storm) as you park at the rear and there are some flat doors there. So you will need to take your luggage back up the street to your apartment. Don't let this put you off, there us nearby parking available for the week at £50 for the week that would make it easier. The apartment us beautiful and view and location is fantastic, enjoy.

Thank you for your observations on the Lane leading to our Parking and the access into it which, as you quite rightly state, are "narrow". It is a typical quirky characteristic of Cornwall and is why we state in our property details "parking for a small/medium car only" and offer alternative parking guidance. The nearby car park is a great option for those less confident drivers. Based on your comments, we have also enhanced the information given to guests as to the exact location of our apartment entrance. Thank you again and we can’t wait to see you again soon!

"The apartment was perfect for our week long stay (beginning of March)."
It was clean and tidy but still very cosy. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked, lots of cooking essentials pans etc. The view from the front living room window looked right out on to St. Michaels Mount. The location was lovely, right in the centre of marazion - good for wondering around the village shops and pubs. There is a coffee shop the next house over and the cakes are delicious. We have some lovely coastal walks and there's a some guidance for good places to go and eat and things to do in the welcome book.
Would highly recommend staying here and of we ever come back, I would be happy here again!

"Ocean View is a beautiful apartment with an outstanding view over the sea and St Michaels Mount
It was very comfortable and homely with everything you need for a relaxing holiday."
The only downside is the parking is very awkward but with two of us ( one driving and one directing) we got on ok (we had a Clio)
I would definitely recommend Ocean View.

"This was a lovely apartment to stay in."
It was well stocked with kitchen equipment; the lounge/TV area was fine for four people; and the beds were very comfortable. The whole place was very clean on arrival. The views of St Michael’s Mount were superb. It was handily placed in Marazion - everything needed was in easy walking distance, including the beach and a very nice pub, The Fire Engine. The parking place out the back was a bit tight to get into (advertised for an Audi A3), but you can get a Landrover Freelander in!

"We loved the apartment as soon as we entered it was modern and also cozy, there was a cream tea, milk coffee and flowers to greet us."
Plenty of useful information before and during our stay.
Beds and linen quality great, the parking is a bit of an issue but we were pre warned.
The Rainfall shower is great we would have liked a non slip mat but we were careful so not really an issue.
All in all a fab holiday thank you we would book again in a heartbeat

"This is meant to help not to moan."
The sofa needs changing, the shower head and cable are filthy, the tall glasses are past being dish-washed and one of them was being used for flowers? The only major inconvenience was one set of keys and a key box. 2 sets are a must really.
We did though enjoy our stay.
We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your feedback. We are surprised at the comment regarding the shower as our Housekeeper always cleans to a very high standard. We have however passed on your comments and for your information, our plans were to completely renovate the bathroom this Winter and this will actually be taking place in November. The glasses were only purchased in August so we are disappointed to hear they are not looking their best and sadly, we were asked to remove the jug (for flowers) as part of the Covid-19 process. With regards to the additional key set, we are advised that the provision of one key set is normal. Your comment regarding the sofa is unclear. We will be visiting the property in the coming weeks and will look at each of the points you have raised. Thank you again for your comments - we can only improve if we receive the personal insight from you, our valued guests.

access into the car park was as tight as suggested by the listing. we took ur smaller car and it wasn't an issue - it was good to mention that in the listing.

"The apartment is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need."
We loved our stay and would definitely recommend. I do however think it’s important to note that there are 2 flights of stairs (30 steps) to get to it which could be a problem for those less agile. And the car parking space is very difficult to access unless you have a very small car. There is a car park nearby that costs around £4.50 per day which is worth the expense for ease.
