“We chose this apartment for the location to the sea and it was perfect.”

We arrived to find an immaculately clean and bright apartment with the most amazing views. We were welcomed with a cream tea, bottle of wine, snacks and milk and a lovely card from the owners with clear instructions and a parking permit for our stay. ...

We arrived to find an immaculately clean and bright apartment with the most amazing views. We were welcomed with a cream tea, bottle of wine, snacks and milk and a lovely card from the owners with clear instructions and a parking permit for our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every aspect and would highly recommend. You can't beat waking up to the view of St Michael's Mount every morning, we even saw the Milky Way from the balcony. You can walk to Penzance from the apartment (3 miles) and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby and the bus stops right outside. Make sure that you pre book a table for dinner at one of the pubs in the village or you may be disappointed.

There was literally everything in it you could want. The views over the bay and St Michaels mount are awesome and we saw some great sunsets. I thought the balcony was slightly larger than it was but its perfectly adequate. Marazion is a lovely place and is a great base to explore West Cornwall and also the Lizard peninsula. Th parking permit is also great as there is no worry about finding parking when you arrive. I would recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again!! Paul and Mary were very helpful and the welcome goodies were a great treat on arrival!!

“After arriving in wet windy weather we were welcomed by a warm cosy apartment.”

It had everything we needed a real home from home. The scones and clotted cream were a lovely touch along with the wine and other goodies. Marazion is a lovely place to visit in November with beach walks and views to st. Michaels Mount. It is also a great base to visit Mousehole, Penzance and St Ives. Overall we had a great week despite the weather and will definitely return.

“Sea breeze at Marazion - what can I say?”

That we WILL return as so many of the lovely owners’ previous guests obviously have, from reading the visitors book. Marazion is the most beautiful and fascinating of places, a brilliant base to see other wonderful spots in Cornwall, and this lovely apartment was just beyond our expectations. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully laid out and beautifully decorated, it was a fantastic “home” for our week. There was a welcome of food goodies when we arrived, which was very thoughtful. That view from the balcony was as good as it gets, The Mount is a beautiful place to gaze out at, and fascinating to visit. We were obsessed with the causeway, and crossed it many times - going over in a boat was great fun too! We would highly recommend this property, and considered it to be very good value for money. It was a real selling point for us not to worry about car parking too, which can be a headache at some properties. We have made lovely memories here, and are sure we shall return to make more.

Every foreseeable and unforseeable situation had been thought about and provided for.The extra goodies (cream tea, Cornish biscuits,crisps an a lovely cold bottle of wine) were unexpected so a lovely bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better view,even if the weather is a little disappointing you could just sit by the window to watch St Michaels Mount and the world go by absorbing the atmosphere.We had a great week,Marizion is a lovely place.

The property

The apartment boasts a light, uncluttered, open plan design with a modern kitchen and an attractive bedroom with separate bathroom.

The living room opens out onto the balcony with table and chairs, a haven for lazy breakfasts and pre-dinner drinks, a place to bask amid the ever-changing sea vista beyond. Drive ten miles to the picture-perfect harbour town of St Ives with its charming streets and thriving art scene of quirky gift shops, galleries and divine restaurants and foodie inns, beaches of glorious golden sand and exhilarating coastal walks.

The drama of the open-air Minack Theatre, cut precariously from the granite cliff face and jutting out to sea, giving a magical aura whether you are sight-seeing or watching a performance against the sunset skies is a must-do experience.

Land's End, famed for its legendary coastline, has much to offer during sunshine and showers.
