    “Lovely place to stay.”

Quiet - just the sound of sheep. Everything you could want. Easy reach of beaches. We'll probably try and book again next year

The property

The Well Studio is an idyllic mezzanine property that has been lovingly restored from an old barn.

It sits within the grounds of Ennys, a mini Georgian estate, amongst 20 acres, in the village of Goldsithney close to Marazion and Perranuthnoe.

This brightly-decorated dwelling hosts a contemporary design, with a seamless blend of elegant tradition, making an ideal base for a romantic getaway for two.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed to a spacious open-plan living room with charming vaulted ceilings and stunning exposed beams.

In here you will find a cosy sitting area, where a sofa and armchair sit in front of the warming woodburning fire place, perfect for snuggling up during a winter’s evening.

To the rear of the space you will discover a well-equipped kitchen, filled with all the necessities you will require for an evening dining in.

Follow the staircase up to the galleried bedroom overlooking the living areas.

This cosy bedroom boasts an elegant finish, with a cosy double bed and a skylight window to fill the room with natural light.

Completing the cottage is a luxury bathroom, boasting a shower over bath, basin and WC, completed with underfloor heating.

Outside, you can relax with a glass of wine on your private patio area and garden overlooking the countryside.

Or take a swim in the shared, heated swimming pool (seasonal) and make use of the grass tennis court.

For local amenities, the village of Goldsithney plays host to two pubs, a post office and a village store.

To keep you busy whilst visiting, you can relax on the sweeping Mount’s Bay, famous for it's Kite surfing and Perranuthnoe Beach.

For those keen surfers, nearby Gwithian Beach and Sennen Cove are within easy drive.

Nearby, is the Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens, where you can walk around the modern art installations, filled with charming plants and also St Michael's Mount.

The Well is close to the Cornish Coast and offers miles of coastal paths which showcase some of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall, including Prussia Cove.
