The property

Nestled in a quiet spot with dazzling views, this fabulous holiday home offers stylish and beautifully presented accommodation in the coastal village of Mawgan Porth, North Cornwall.

An ideal haven for families and friends to completely relax in.

From the moment you arrive you will feel instantly revived, step into the open plan family room where the smart and sunny kitchen area is just perfect for keen chefs and where you can sit and eat together around the dining table or maybe sit on the comfy sofa with a good book.

Walk upstairs and enjoy the super seascape view from the sitting area where the sofas are ideal for snuggling up with a hot chocolate in front of the open fire on the colder evenings.

Open the doors on the landing and step onto the balcony, perfect for that early morning coffee and lazy moments enjoying the countryside and sea views.

The four spacious bedrooms have Hypnos beds and Egyptian cotton bedding, guaranteeing a good night's rest.

Outside you can relax on the pretty hacienda style patio and watch the children play on the enclosed lawn.

A five minute, downhill stroll will take you to the glorious beach at Mawgan Porth.

Here you will find golden sands set against the dramatic landscape of cliffs and caves, with a coastal footpath delivering outstanding views.

Take your net and bucket and explore rock pools or join the surf school for some wet and wild fun before lunch at the beach café.

If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic location there are many popular resorts to visit such as pretty Padstow where you can indulge in Rick Steins fish and chips or a shopping trip to Newquay.

Nestled between Newquay and Padstow on the beautiful north Cornish coast, Mawgan Porth is a sheltered cove with golden sandy beach, great surf and plenty of caves and coastal footpath to explore. With little distraction from its golden sands, life here revolves around the beach. Laze in the summer sun, learn to ride the waves, or watch over stormy seas on a refreshing cliff top stroll. Mawgan Porth is also home to the fabulous adults-only Scarlet Hotel, which offers Spa treatments and facilities to non-residents - and nearby Watergate Bay is the setting for Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant, which sits in a fantastic location just above the beach. Mawgan Porth has a handful of shops, including a village store and deli, and a farm shop selling locally sourced meat, eggs, vegetables, bread and pasties, as well as tennis courts, a pitch and putt, and an 18-hole golf course overlooking the Atlantic.
