“The only very minor issue I had was the property manual on departure details states leaves keys on table & close front door so it locks on departure via yale lock even though there is a key safe on entrance which I found odd so I did this later that day the cottage manager telephoned me asking where the key was almost accusing me of taking the keys home so I told her I did as instructed but she seemed not to know this also she questioned how I locked the front door on departure she obviously does not know the property very well & I cannot understand why the cleaners after our visit did not pick up or see the keys on the very large table & it they were a big enough bunch of keys to see !”

!! They need to update there departure instructions so there is no future confusion & maybe the cottage manager needs to know her properties The only other minor issue was lack of storage for clothes but I understand the maybe a lack space
