The property

25a Church Street is a charming terraced cottage on three levels right in the heart of Mevagissey, close to the harbour, shops and restaurants.

Fantastic for those who want to be in the middle of a vibrant traditional fishing village.

Step up from the lane in to the living-dining room with its cosy open fire, and walk through to the galley kitchen which has a glazed door to the courtyard.

From the kitchen, head up the stairs to a double bedroom and a separate shower-room, then on up to the top floor and two more bedrooms under the eaves ?

a single and a double with a futon bed.

The little courtyard has a bistro table and chairs.

A delightful cottage in a beautiful traditional fishing village and an excellent location for exploring Cornwall, not forgetting the nearby Gardens of Heligan or the Eden Project.
