Follow the steps up to the first floor, which has two well-presented bedrooms, with a light decor and plenty of storage space for your personal items, and is supported by a family bathroom.

Outside boasts a wonderful garden, with lawn and patio areas, where you can take a refreshing beverage and simply enjoy the fresh country air, while your pet runs freely in the enclosed space perfect for summer alfresco dining.

There are numerous waterside and country walks available straight from the front door, including one along the creekside to the Pandora Inn.

Mylor Yacht Harbour provides ample opportunities for those interested in various watersports activities such as fishing and sailing, or take in the views at the waterside cafe or wine bar.

You are within reach of the wonderful National Trust land of Trelissick Garden, featuring an art gallery and is ideal for riverside woodland walks with beautiful views across the manicured gardens.

Travel towards any of the nearby sandy beaches dotted along the South West Coast Path, and spend your afternoons getting involved with Cornwall's favourite sporting activity of surfing, whether you're a self-taught professional, or just starting out, there are surfing schools nearby to help brush up on those skills.
