"The house is amazing."
Everything you could wish for a your stay. Plenty of room for everyone and a lovely private garden.One down side was the sofa, after a long day walking it wasnt that comfortable. Location was brilliant, 5 mins walk into town, 2 mins walk to beach. I would definately reccommend and would absolutely book again next time im in Newquay.

"A lovely house, well equipped, clean and a short walk to the fantastic beach."
Spacious bedrooms and nice wall pictures and seaside decorations. The only negative we found was the lounge sofa and armchair were very uncomfortable, hard and too small. We used the camping chairs stored in the cupboard to sit in instead. The location of the house is good and it is walking distance to the town centre.

"The house is lovely."
Clean modern interior and the decor is nice. En-suite bathroom/shower on the top floor was great as the older girls on the second floor had their own bathroom. We liked that there were clear instructions and local recommendations in the guest booklet. Attention to detail was great and the owners seemel to have thought of everything, including hairdryer, iron, etc. There are many beaches within walking distance, but the house is ideally placed for Tolcarne beach, which turned out to be our favourite and is just a stone's throw away. The sunset there from the terrace bar of the Colonial Inn was absolutely lovely!
We love the sunsets at Tolcarne beach bar too. Plus Lusty Glaze for other evenings! Property Owner

"We absolutely loved the house."
Great location, beautifully decorated, very clean.We would definitely come back. We also own a holiday let, so this is constructive feedback, not criticism: Sofa looks great, but not that comfortable! An additional armchair would be great. We were family of 5 and could not all sit in Living Room. Main Bathroom: an attachment for the shower head on the wall would make it so much easier. Garden looked a little unloved. Dead plants and grass needed cutting.
