  • "Absolute stunning place, so big you had to shout to the other people to see where they were in the house."

So clean and new, carpets all fresh and new. Would definitely book here again. Parking for two big vehicles, tight getting vehicles into the spaces, but plenty of room once you’re in, even an electrical hook up if you needed it, that’s how good the place was. This property is a credit to the owner and Sykes Cottages.

  • "A lovely week spent in Newquay, the house was located close to the beach and was well equipped."

Parking was tricky with only just enough room for two cars with 8 of us staying we had to find room for two more cars in the side of the road which was not easy. There are a lot of stairs in the property, which was fine for us but would be trickier for older people. The two bottom rooms were very hot and it was difficult to ventilate them as they only had doors which couldn’t be left open overnight. The Hotel/lodge next door had some less considerate guests who were very noisy during the night which affected the people staying in the front part of our house. The house is great for a holiday in Newquay, well equipped and immaculately clean. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

  • "We had a great weekend at this lovely home."

2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) had plenty of space. The location is perfect for visiting the beaches and eating out in Newquay. Any issues we had the owners were very responsive. I would highly recommend for future stays.
