    Apartments had everything you might need and was very clean and nicely set up. Location is great, short distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Looking forward to come back here in the summer.

  • "This is a lovely appartment with spectacular views of the bay."

    Ideal for a couple and easy walking to a number of eateries and food shops. It's well situated not only for Newquay but as a base for visiting much of Cornwall. We booked this for a week in December, the property was warm and cosy and having the dedicated parking space only a few feet from the door was ideal.

  • "Perfect location and stunning views made our stay amazing."

    We had some slight cleanliness experiences upon upon arrival that were not as expected however, we were willing to over look these to ensure we made the most of our time away.

  • "The apartment is lovely, great location & great views overlooking Tolcarne beach."

    It is equipped with everything you would need, great appliances. It is very secure with its private gated car park & a code to get in and out of the building. Nobody comes in to change your towels as there is a washer/dryer in the utility room so we just washed them ourselves. Our only complaint would be the lounge furniture is quite uncomfortable we just couldn’t sit and relax and enjoy the views for long. One of the reasons we booked this apartment was because it was so close to the beach and looked forward to taking Ziggy our dog to the beach every morning but was very disappointed when we arrived to discover dogs weren’t allowed on the beach between 9am - 6pm so we had to take him to one of the other beaches. The beaches along this coastline are stunning.

  • "Beautiful apartment , well equipped for 2 people."

    Sea view was amazing, and the weather we had was the icing on the cake. No negatives about the apartment, but a couple of suggestions. A shelf in the shower cubicle for toiletries would be useful, we’re not as young as we used to be and it was hard to have to keep bending for shampoo and shower gel, also some hooks on the bathroom and bedroom doors. A couple of coat hooks in the utility room would also be useful for coats when weather is not so good.

  • "Great location with superb views and lovely coastline only a step away."

    Great parking on site with a lift to save taking cases up the stairs. Very comfortable and a pleasure to enjoy the apartment. Only things we missed which is so minor would be table place mats, spud masher and a pyrex oven dish to assist in home cooking and also to protect the wonderful work surfaces whilst eating (table mats). Well worth the money in our view. The dog (cockapoo) also enjoyed the balcony spotting his passing friends.

  • "The apartment was beautiful and we had a lovely holiday."

    Everything was clean and tidy, it really was like a home from home! The view from the balcony was amazing, especially in the evenings watching the sunset. Parking was easy, secure and convenient. The apartment provided us with a perfect base to explore cornwall. The only suggestion for improvement is having a space within/just outside the complex for dogs to toilet. There is a large field area a few minutes walk away which is perfect for in the day, it’s just not as convenient late at night before going to bed! This didn’t affect our stay and is just a minor suggestion to consider for the future, however it might be outside of the owners control anyway.

  • "Over all I was very impressed with my stay at 8 Cliff Edge and would recommend it in a heart beat the property is stunning as are the views, the property provides everything you will need for your stay, only slight negative is the bed is very hard so if your used to something softer use the mattress cover on the top of the wardrobe."

  • "We just returned from an amazing holiday at this stunning apartment."

    The views from the balcony, lounge area and bedroom are just incredible. The apartment had everything you could need and was located perfectly for walks along several beaches and the river Gannel which was beautiful. We would definitely return and recommend for anyone wanting a luxury apartment in the perfect location.
