The property

A unique getaway awaits you at Inner Tide, an exceptional three-storey property with views overlooking the River Gannel Tidal Estuary toward Crantock Beach and just moments away from all the wonders of Newquay, with numerous surrounding beaches within minutes drive.

With its superb location in Cornwall and its exceptional interior design, this detached property is a great find for families, beachcombers, watersport enthusiasts and keen walkers seeking a place to call home as they enjoy a traditional holiday by the Cornish seaside.

Showcasing the spectacular views, the social hub of the home can be found on the first floor, where the large patio doors allow a seamless integration of the outside in and floods natural light into the space, making it a tranquil spot to unwind with your loved ones.

The immaculate kitchen is well-equipped to cater to your culinary needs and is accompanied by a sleek island unit, where you can prep your meals or enjoy a glass of something while dinner bakes in the oven.

Meals or general catch up time can be enjoyed at the dining table, perfectly positioned for enjoying the overlooking views or you could get comfortable on the sofa to enjoy a family film night, or snuggle up on the armchair to delve into a book or admire the view.

Once the evening has drawn to a close, find two bedrooms on the ground floor, comprising of two double bedrooms (one of which can be set up as a twin room), each one boasting their own TVs, en-suites and patio doors providing access to the terrace garden.

Venture into the centre of Newquay, where you will find a plethora of places to eat and drink, ranging from cafés, quirky bars and fine dining restaurants, so you are certain to find something to suit all palette and pockets, as well as a number of shops and supermarkets for picking up essentials.

Your days can be spent visiting the animals at Newquay Zoo or getting close up to the exotic species, sharks and turtles at the Blue Reef Aquarium, as well as visiting the Newquay Heritage Archive & Museum, the Pirate's Quest walk-through experience and Trenance Gardens, there is certainly something for all ages here.

Summer afternoons can be spent at one of Newquay’s numerous beaches, including the famous Fistral Beach, where you can look forward to lazing on the sands or taking a surf lesson on the beach’s endless supply of waves, or catching one of the surf competitions, such as the Famous Night Surf and Boardmasters Surf Championships.

After completing the town, don your walking boots and embark on an awe-inspiring walk along the St Agnes Heritage Coast or journey over to the harbour town of Padstow and to historic Tintagel.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 30 minutes. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is under an hour's drive or a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
