  • "A perfect quality holiday accommodation in a beautiful location with views across the harbour to Newquay from the lounge together with short walks to Fistral beach and into Newquay, We have stayed for a number of years and will be back."

We previously stayed at various accommodation in Cornwall before Newquay Bay View and this comfortably beats all of them.

  • "The apartment was very clean and spacious, with many of the original decorative features still intact and thoughtfully incorporated into the amended layout of the property."

The kitchen is compact but so well equipped we had to rearrange the crockery to put our shopping away. It’s a very comfortable place and the view across the bay is incredible. It’s also situated within easy walking distance from the town centre. However, here are two things that should be included in the Sykes information prior to booking. Firstly, I’m assuming it’s because of COVID/distancing etc you can’t use the front door and communal entrance hall to access the property. You have to walk to the opposite side of the building, down unlit steps, along a pebble path then up more steps to use the door into the lounge. This could be a major problem for guests with mobility or visual difficulties who book expecting normal ‘ground floor’ access as it’s described on the website. Secondly you are prohibited from drying anything on the patio. However there is a clothes horse you can use inside. Apart from these issues I would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. We would definitely stay again.

There was a pile of dusr behind the bedroom door.

Thank you for your feedback, there is a washing machine in the property however it is not a washer/drier combined. Property Owner

Very well equipped beautiful apartment with the most spectacular views over several beaches which changed everyday depending on tides and weather. We loved Fiscal beach right around the corner. The apartment was near to cafes and shops and lots of lovely beach walks. A great base to explore beautiful Cornwall. One of the best apartments we have stayed in and would love to visit again.
